We all hear the word “leadership“ tossed around, but what does it actually mean? Why is it important? How do you become a leader?
Youth Lead the Change! (YLC) is an international youth leadership development and empowerment program started by students at Harvard. The program aims to translate the abstract idea of leadership into directed learning and action. Specifically, the YLC method guides students from reflection to realization through an interactive workshop-based program taught by Harvard students from the Leadership Institute at Harvard College. YLC is built on the premise of youth empowering youth with the skills, knowledge and confidence to better understand themselves as agents of change.
